That being said don't let it stand in contrast to your walk with God. You can still study the RCC and let go of the judgements.<br /><br />A friend of mine gave me a great visual for faith. She said it's like a see saw. Sometimes you are full of doubt and you get down. Other times you become judgemental and haughty when you're up. You have to find a balance where you feel both in awe of God, but strong in your faith. <br /><br />I think that at this point in your journey you can see the danger in being too prideful. However, I warn you not to let the pendulum swing that you become so desolate. Try and find that balance.
