Sorry for not posting in weeks. I don't even have a valid excuse seeing as school is out, although I have been busy. But I have had plenty of chances to post, with some pretty interesting topics. What has been keeping me from posting is a little discouragement. I don't have the same group posters I used to have and I feel like no one reads what I write anymore. It's not like my blog has ever been super popular, but at least I felt that I was reaching people. Since my topics have made a radical turn toward Catholicism, people have fallen away and lost interest. I wish there was more 0f a "demand"for Catholic-related material, especially for young Catholics such as myself.
I guess at this stage, I'm pondering closing down shop. I may keep the blog up so i can continue following other blogs I enjoy, and even to re-read my posts in the future, but I don't know if I'll be posting anymore.
I'll be praying about it!
Until then,
Pax Vobiscum

Though I do not agree with the Catholic faith fully I have still found your blog and posts to be rather illuminating and thought provoking. I myself own a Catholic Bible, that I read at times, with the Canonical text within it and find that there is truth within it's pages. Christians, such as myself, could/should seek stand to gain knowledge from truly studying the Catholic faith before they judge it and shut it out completely. I am only just beginning to understand and learn about the views from within your particular faith, but I continue to do so...hoping you keep on blogging too as I am excited to learn more about you, the way you see life and your faith on your blog!
I hope you really pray about 'closing down shop', so to speak, before you just delete your blog!
Blessings,
Sarah
PS- As far as followers....I've noticed that not a lot of ppl comment on my blog at all...but because I've got a tracker and a counter I know that I've had quite a few visitors. Maybe you could put something like that up on your blog...perhaps it would encourage you to keep your blog going!
We still read, but it's true, there is often not much to say... :(
I don't wander to this part of the web often, but when I do I love to read your posts. I'm a young adult Catholic too, and it's comforting to see the joys, doubts, and thoughts of another college girl going through these things. I wish there was more demand as well; it's so encouraging.
I still read often. I think as some people hit on, non-Catholic Christians sometimes don't understand Catholic Christians (or even acknowledge that we are Christians in some fundamentalist sects). You may be doing a lot more good than you think by keeping up with this blog though.
